The role involves handling various legal tasks, including corporate and commercial law matters, real estate transactions, immigration cases, dispute resolution processes, and corporate governance. The Associate Lawyer will interact closely with clients, provide legal advice, prepare contracts and legal documentation, and represent clients in negotiations or proceedings when necessary.
