Student Support & Communication
- Provide daily support and guidance to students through email, chat, and messages.
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Keep track of the academy calendar, upcoming classes, and important deadlines.
- Upload class recordings, notes, and materials to the learning platform.
- Assist with onboarding new students.
- Maintain organised digital files and documents.
- Manage and schedule meetings.
- Help coordinate events, webinars, and coaching sessions.
- Draft and send emails, announcements, and updates.
- Handle general communication on behalf of the academy lead.
