Job Summary
We are recruiting a proactive and highly organized Administrative Officer to provide administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting internal operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Support logistics and operations teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and preparing routine reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience within the logistics, transportation, or related industry is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
