We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our remittance and foreign exchange business. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders, and assist in ensuring smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the daily operations of the remittance and FX business.
  • Manage executives' schedules, correspondence, reports, and follow-up tasks.
  • Support relationships with banks, payment service providers (PSPs), regulatory bodies, and external partners.
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, Bureau De Change (BDC) agents, and microfinance partners.
  • Assist in managing the company's digital platforms, including the website, social media, and communication tools.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and support general office operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within fintech, banking, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within financial services is an advantage.
  • Good financial literacy with the ability to support reporting and reconciliations.
