Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Act as a liaison between the MD and internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Track key deliverables across departments and ensure timely execution
  • Draft, edit, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and notes ahead of meetings
  • Coordinate and follow up on decisions made during leadership and strategy meetings
  • Help plan and execute internal events, board meetings, and strategy sessions
  • Anticipate the MD’s needs and proactively solve operational bottlenecks
  • Maintain a clear system for tracking deadlines, goals, and follow-through tasks

Requirements

  • HND/BSc Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
