Our client is a leading beverage company specialising in fruit juices and dairy products. They are currently seeking a Company Secretary / Legal Advisor to join their team.

Education & Professional Background

  • Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree at undergraduate level or from the Nigerian Law School.
  • Minimum 15 years post-call (Year at the Bar).
  • Background in Tier 1 Law Firms.
  • Subsequent in-house corporate experience with proven understanding of internal corporate structures and decision-making.
