The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, optimal performance, and the achievement of strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing cross - functional teams, implementing operational strategies, supervising workflow to meet objectives, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions to optimize processes. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, analyzing business performance reports, and fostering a thriving workplace environment.  Ensure smooth daily operations and service delivery across the facility•     Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards•     Drive quality assurance and consistency in all operational processes•     Oversee procurement to ensure timely availability of resources•     Promote operstional efficiency, cost control and continous improvement•     Responsible to execute a robust backup plan for the team to ensure no hiccups in delivery of services.•     Ensure adequate internal controls are in place for all areas of operations•     Ensure that the business meets all statutory business control requirements and policies. QualificationsOperational Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvement expertiseAbility to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectivelyMinimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in operations management in healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory services.Strategic Planning, Analytical Thinking, and Decision - Making skillsStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsExperience in Project Management and Resource PlanningKnowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governanceProficiency in the use of technology and business software applicationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field (Master’s degree is an advantage)Proven work experience in operations management, preferably in one of the company’s key industries
