Role Description This is a full - time on - site role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Abuja. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO’s daily schedule, organizing appointments, handling administrative and clerical tasks, as well as providing comprehensive support for both personal and professional activities. The role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office on a daily basis. Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to enable effective support for the CEO’s responsibilitiesProficiency in Diary Management, including scheduling appointments, planning events, and maintaining an organized calendarExpertise in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance to handle documentation, correspondence, and office managementExceptional organizational and time - management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionA proactive approach to problem - solving and the capacity to work independently in a fast - paced environmentRelevant experience in similar roles is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
