About the RoleStrivo Labs is hiring a highly analytical, structured, and performance - driven Training & Sales Performance Manager to elevate our sales team’s capability, productivity, and results. This role is responsible for designing training programs, driving continuous performance improvement, analysing sales data, and ensuring the sales team consistently delivers at a high level.If you are passionate about people development, sales excellence, and performance optimisation, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Capability DevelopmentDesign and implement structured training programs for onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, simulations, and refresher trainings for sales teams.Develop sales playbooks, scripts, competency frameworks, and training materials.Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs based on performance trends.Sales Performance Monitoring & AnalysisTrack and analyse sales KPIs: conversion rates, pipeline health, productivity levels, target achievement, retention, etc.Build dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports using data - driven insights.Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted improvement interventions.Monitor individual and team performance patterns to support data - backed decision - making.Coaching & Performance EnablementProvide hands - on coaching to improve sales capability, customer handling, negotiation, and closing skills.Support team leads in developing performance improvement plans.Reinforce best sales practices and standards across the team.Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.Process Improvement & Sales EnablementCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to streamline processes and improve sales efficiency.Recommend tools, automation, and systems to enhance productivity.Ensure sales teams are updated on product changes, campaigns, and organisational priorities.Maintain updated knowledge bases, training repositories, and learning resources.Cross - functional CollaborationPartner with HR on learning programs, competency development, and sales capability frameworks.Work closely with Sales Leadership to align targets, expectations, and performance cycles.Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure sales teams understand offerings, messaging, and customer segments.RequirementsExperience & Background4–7 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Performance Management.Strong experience designing and facilitating sales training programs.Demonstrated ability to use data to drive performance decisions.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of sales methodologies (consultative selling, SPIN, challenger, etc.).Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel).Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Strong analytical, problem - solving, and organisational abilities.High emotional intelligence and coaching skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast - paced, target - driven environment.How to ApplySend your CV and salary expectation to hiring@strivolabs.com Subject line: "Training & Sales Performance Manager"
