Role title: Senior Relationship Manager – Investment & Wealth Solutions (Banking/Fintech)Location: Lagos, Nigeria.Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Senior Relationship Manager – Investment & Wealth Solutions will be responsible for driving investment product sales, managing high - value client relationships, and growing assets under management (AUM). The role focuses on delivering tailored wealth solutions to HNIs, affluent individuals, and corporate clients while supporting revenue growth and long - term client retention.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of high - net - worth individuals, affluent clients, and selected corporate accounts.Drive investment sales across asset management products, fixed income, structured products, and alternative investment solutions.Develop and implement tailored investment and wealth strategies aligned with clients’ financial objectives and risk appetite.Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) through new client acquisition and deepening of existing relationships.Conduct regular portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and proactive client engagement.Identify cross - selling opportunities across wealth, investment, and financial solutions to improve wallet share.Support client onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery in collaboration with internal teams.Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements.Prepare and present client proposals, investment reports, and performance updates.Ensure full compliance with internal policies, risk guidelines, and regulatory standards.RequirementsMinimum of 5–7 years’ experience in investment sales, wealth management, relationship management, or financial services.Proven track record in investment product sales and AUM growth.Strong experience managing HNI and affluent client portfolios.Solid understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management.Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to team revenue objectives.Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.How to apply:Interested and Qualified candidates should send their resumes to esther@dwightpatterson.co.uk
