URGENT RECRUITMENT:We are urgently seeking a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, and ready to resume immediately.Location: Lekki, LagosSalary: ₦180,000 monthlyKey Responsibilities:• Provide high - level administrative support.• Manage the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.• Handle confidential information with discretion.• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.• Perform other duties as may be assigned to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:• 2+years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational and time - management abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.• Must live within proximity to Lekki.How to Apply:Interested and qualified candidates should send their CVs to jobs@brila.net using “Personal Assistant as the subject of the mail.
