The Bank’s development agenda is delivering the financial and technical support for transformative projects that will significantly reduce poverty through inclusive and sustainable economic growthWe Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Short - Term Staff (STS) – Office ClerkJob Id: 50087301Location: Tunis, TunisiaPosition Grade: GS3Key FunctionsUnder the supervision of the Special Representative for General Services, the Maintenance Technician will assume the following responsibilities:Manage mail operations (registration, distribution, stuffing envelopes, postage, returns, etc.).Monitor outgoing mail (dispatch slips, acknowledgements, etc.).Carry out manual sorting of mail.Execute the supervisor’s directives within the scope of the assignment.Ensure and monitor the movement of materials, products or objects according to work requirements.Load and unload trucks.Participate in storage of goods in the warehouse.Execute orders and directives from the supervisor.Participate in relocation operations.Selection Criteria (skills, Experience And Knowledge)Hold a secondary school diploma (Baccalaureate).Experience: Possess at least three (3) years of relevant experience in the field.Possess thorough knowledge of internal and external mail management methods.Possess experience in sorting and/or distributing mail and parcels.Recognised aptitude for customer service and organisation.Discretion and professional confidentiality essential.Team - working skills.Politeness.Respect for rules and instructions.Possess working knowledge of French and/or English.Good written and oral skills in French with a good working knowledge of English.Application Closing Date12th December, 2025.Don't Keep!
