The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, building and maintaining client networks, and developing strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives. The successful candidate will represent Nordica Fertility Centre, showcasing its services and building partnerships to enhance business opportunities.Create and post content on the company’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others).Support the BDU team with basic content ideas and execution.Track engagement metrics and provide simple report summaries.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.Conduct industry research and competitor analysis.Prepare proposals, business presentations, and marketing materials.Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospective clients.Perform BDU follow - upSupport the preparation of weekly and monthly BDU reports.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3–8 years in business developmentStrong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.Ability to create simple digital content (graphics, captions, posts).Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic social media tools.High level of organization, multitasking ability, and professionalism.Proven experience in Business Development and Lead GenerationExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsProven ability to meet and exceed sales or business development targetsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independentlyA background in healthcare or fertility services is an advantageBusiness awarenessInitiative and problem - solvingRelationship managementContent creation & communication skillsAttention to detailTime managementInitiative and problem - solvingProfessionalism and confidentiality
